Change of plan recipe people! Since I can't find any Mascarphone Cheese anywhere, I'll just make that Rich New York Cheesecake. At least I get to use 750g out of 1000g of cream cheese there. Or else it'll just become mouldy. I'm not so free these few days, that is why. Me baking a cake when it's not the mid term holidays or year end holidays is impossible. Pfftttt. Pathetic. :( But since Joyce and twins requested it, I might as well. :) 

Ohhhh, Grade 6 today was short. No Intermediate today. :P Damn, the ballet exams are so close! and I have to miss school on the day of my ballet exam. I'll be missing 2 periods of Add Maths, 2 periods of Biology and also 2 periods of BM. BM is still ok. I'm worried about Add Maths and Biology. :(
